Day 2 of going to the gym in the new year.
It felt really good. Yesterday I got 4 miles in on the elliptical. Today I got 7.2 miles. Yep stepping it up a little already. I am soooo sore. My legs are feeling the burn. But that is ok. A little burn never killed anyone.
I always do a little weights. Today and yesterday I did about 15min of weights.
I am always amazed how good I feel when I am there and how good it really sets the tone and the day when that is the first thing I do.
Right now I am struggling with not having anyone to weight train with. I don’t mind doing cardio/running or elliptical on my own. But when it comes to training. It just seems like I would push myself more if I had someone there to work with and to encourage each other. Maybe one day!!

But I will push on. It will not bring me down or push me to stop.
