Feeling really good today. Jogging a little more everyday when taking and picking up William from school. Seeing the difference in my body, very slowly! But Slow and steady is best. I need to remember that, what I am doing is better than doing nothing!! AND the bonus,,,,,, It is not going to hurt me. Daily exercise of any kind is only making your mind and body stronger!
